​Counselling and Psychotherapy
Counselling gives stability at times of loss, conflict or trauma. Taking the form of six to eight hourly sessions, counselling aims to assist clients in dealing with change and finding solutions to regain balance and strength.
Psychotherapy requires long-term commitment to change. Through this commitment, deeper transformation occurs, past wounds are healed, and a profound sense of renewal can help the individual live a fuller life.
Family Therapy
Family therapy provides an environment for individual family members to come together and explore problematic interactions within their family system.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
CBT and DBT are goal orientated and skills based practice. It is suitable for anger management and addiction. It focuses on the client’s immediate difficulties and is based on achievable outcomes.
