Elaine is a professional counsellor and psychotherapist who utilises a blend of well-established therapeutic techniques to help you manage stress and anxiety during times of transition and change. Elaine’s compassion, empathy and genuineness enables her to connect with young adolescents, children and adults who are seeking further support. Elaine's theraputic work includes counselling, psychotherapy and groups.
The therapeutic approach used is person centred, ensuring your individual needs are the focus of any session. Your privacy is valued and confidentiality is maintained throughout the therapeutic process. Individual, family and group therapy is offered to clients, whose concerns are managed in a safe and effective way.

Different approaches to facilitate awareness can result in positive changes to behaviour and emotions, whether at work, home or school. Psychotherapy can be undertaken for a deeper understanding of the client's self-awareness, whereupon permanent change can take place which creates the opportunity to live a more meaningful and autonomous life.
